The property was under construction. Expedia never made that clear at the time of booking. The hotel had construction started at 7am every morning in the room next door. I woke up to workers yelling, the room vibrating, and equipment being dumbed just outside my door. The hotel made zero adjustments to create space between the rooms under construction and the customer, they didn't have the workers starts work at a decent time to allow for guest to sleep. The GM never made contact when I reached out and I was told by Corporate there was nothing they could do since I booked theu a third party Expedia. I was never offered another room to move to, help with booking a different hotel, a refund or credit. No responsibility was taking by Corporate or the GM. The receptionist at the front desk was as nice as she could be with multiple people complaining to her and apologized for the hotel not letting guest know about the construction taking place right next door to rooms being occupied. The GM, Corporate and Expedia could have avoided this terrible experience. The hotel takes zero responsibility if a third party is involved.
