“First family ski trip with 3 and 5 year olds. Fantastic place to stay. Straight into nursery slopes and ski school from ski room door. Easy to get back to with young children. Reception staff very helplful. Lovely meal in the restaurant. We will be booking same again for next year. ”

“The host didn't reply to criticism, like there was nothing to do the dishes with (no soap or dishwasher tablets), the safety box didn't work and the microwave was broken. Very bad in my opinion. You also needed to take a photo of your ID as well as deposit money to the host, like you where about to trash the place up even more, though I doubt that's possible to do.”

“I travelled to the Tourotel expecting the worst given a lot of the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised and can only suggest those giving such poor reviews haven't stayed in ski accommodation before or hadn't looked at any of the photos.
Yes it's basic (as are most ski accommodations), but they are well equipped (I've attached the inventory of the 2 bed apartment), and the mountain facing balcony rooms have the best view of any accommodation I've stayed in the alps.
