“I liked the remoteness and the country feel of the Caribbean. I would have liked a restaurant on compound with choices of local foods and american foods I had to leave the compound to get foods that i liked .. It was a pleasant stay i hope for the future that a restaurant will be on compound to enhanxe the ambience .... There should be little mini vans that could give tours to the island sites that would have been exciting ... But sadly i was not feeling well to do anything like exploring i……

“The property itself was in good shape although it is dated. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the shining stars of the entire resort. It was disappointing that a resort in Jamaica did not have much Jamaican cuisine. But there were other adequate dining options.”

“This was my second stay at Sea Shell Palms. My first experience in May was very positive, so when I returned to Jamaica, I knew I wanted to stay here again. It is near Ocho Rios. Tower Isle is quiet and Sea Shell Palms offers great value for the cost. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests select what they would like for breakfast the day before and it is delivered to your door in the morning- delicious and filling. “Property and villa (Cottonwood Treehouse) was adorable. Nature trail on property was nice but some garbage thrown on it that took away from the ambiance. Staff was super polite, attentive & professional. Food was average, was hoping for a bit better. Pools were nice.”

“Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). Overall I’m still rating it 5 stars because we had a fun time, and the staff on the whole seemed pretty happy and were……
