Completely renovated in 2011, completely and newly furnished. Indiviudal gas heating.
3 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms with beds 140 x 190 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 90x190cm bunk beds, that is 8 sleeping arrangements.Travel cot.
Furnished living room/lounge, table for up to 10 persons.
Bathroom with a shower tub of 80 x 120 cm. Bathroom closet with storage space.
Separate WC.
Separate kitchen, bright and fully equipped. Storage space.
Butcher shops in 30 meters, rue de l'Orme, (Maison du Beurre Bordier, fishmonger's, fruit and vegetables, butcher shop, bakery...).
Market twice a week. 2 supermarkets in the city centre (Carrefour City and Casino).

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé le weekend de ce logement et c'était vraiment super. De quoi cuisiner, une table conviviale, un salon accueillant. Les chambres sont top. L'appartement en intramuros est très très bien situé. Enfin les échanges avec le propriétaire était facile et de qualité. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet appartement. Merci :)

Étant habitués de Saint-Malo, cet appartement fait partie de nos meilleurs choix jusqu'à présent. Situé dans un secteur plus calme d'Intra-muros, il est lumineux et dispose de tout le nécessaire en articles de cuisine et produits ménagers. Les chambres sont de bonne taille et bien fenestrées, avec des literies confortables. Seul bémol, l'immeuble de dispose pas d'ascenseur. Dans l'ensemble un séjour reposant et réussi pour nous.

Awesome location!

Our 2 families had a great stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was very central and walkable to the beach, all sites and restaurants and shopping. It was nice to have linens and towels included and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Great stay!

We spent a few nights here while we visited St. Malo and the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and easy to find with all the amenities we could ask for. I would definitely stay here again!
