There are king beds in both bedrooms with 2 updated en suite bathrooms with newly updated showers. 3rd full bathroom in the hallway allows for easy access for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need including a full-size oven, microwave, fridge and washer and dryer. 3 TV's with Hargray cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. Amazing view off the back deck, while the front deck has a public grilling area and beautiful courtyard.
Parking is provided in the parking garage under the New Haven facility. You may park in the space labeled 609NH or a guest spot. The owner is also providing to you their personal golf cart storage area next to their parking space to allow you to park your resort golf cart with ease. The key to this space will be in the unit.
The Village of Newhaven is a quaint oceanfront community designed after an English fishing village. Just steps away from pool, golf course and beautiful beach at low tide. The complex has a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island. After dinner, hop on the golf cart and head to Island Bites for some ice cream!

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
