“Loved the location, decor, etc. Definitely is a "rehab to rent" upgrade on the house; they could at least take off the stickers from the windows and appliances. There was an issue with the water heater, but the host replied quickly with a solution. All in all was a very nice stay.”

“This is a lovely rental. We really enjoyed the property and the neighborhood. And Dan and Jon are fabulous hosts. The walks to the French Quarter, Louis Armstrong Park, and around the neighborhood were delightful and extremely helpful for burning off calories! We are definitely returning next year! ”

“Loved the house and location! My kids really enjoyed the foosball table. It became an evening routine for us to play. The only suggestion I have is to add a hook in the bathroom for towels. Thanks for letting us use your home for our NOLA trip. ”

“This is a beautifully restored shotgun house. In the front room, you can hear the sounds of New Orleans, but the bedrooms near the back are so quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to WWII Museum, Magazine Street shopping, and Garden District mansions. We love to walk, so we walked to the French Quarter/River as well. It was perfect for us!”

“Our chosen family had a great time in Nola for Halloween. The house was immensely spacious, plenty of room for all of us. My pups really enjoyed the space as well. We loved the amount of bathrooms as every bedroom had one and its been confirmed that one of the bathtubs is quite comfortable if you happen to fall asleep.there. Thanks for hoating us!”

“This was our 2nd time to rent this condo. We had an absolute blast! 4 blocks from Royal St. Great shopping, great food, great location. We will definitely be back. Thanks Mike for being a fabulous host!”

“My husband and I took a road trip down to NOLA for the Jazz Fest last month and stayed at Monique's place for 8 nights (apologies to Monique for the delay on this review - I thought it had submitted when I wrote it on the road originally!). We needed a place big enough for us both to do some work during the day and in a location within reasonable walking distance to the Fairgrounds. This unit was perfect for our needs! :) Super clean, lovely decor, comfortable bed, and the little kitchenette……
