“The staff were so kind and competent. The rooms were very nice and had a lot of cool stuff for guests to use. Hammocks, coolers, walking sticks, bikes, and other things that would be useful. The hot tub and sauna area was very nice. They also had a great out door hangout area with fire pits and good chairs. I’ll definitely go back! ”

“We had a great stay here. Super clean cabin. My family of four loved this cabin as it had plenty of room for us all to sleep and play and relax. All three beds even the futon was super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was great as well. This was perfect location as we went to alamosa one day and pagosa the next. ”

“Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the Lazy River Ranch for a few days. What a wonderful spot, we rented Kayaks and tubes, and were able to enjoy the river right outside the back door. The highlight of our stay was when 3 large bucks made their way to the river one evening. Loved the layout of the house and the well stocked kitchen.”

“Loved these cabins! They were small but had a lot of space, included extra blankets and pillows which I loved. They allow dogs for an additional charge which is fine. I wish more places allowed dogs for free but it’s their business and they can choose what they want. The employee/ owner?? That checked us in was very nice, overall an awesome place! Will definitely be back, tons of deer in the area , that was cool! ”
