Lucy was great! The two dayshift personnel were nice at first but became very mean. Things they said they would do they didn't. I waited 30 minutes to check. I was given a chair to sit outside and wait until 3:00 pm to check in. I had a stroke which affects my metal & walking abilities. The young got me the chair and said he would come and get me at 3. Never did that happen. I walked with my cane to the office and asked them why I wasn't given chance to check & I was told they were busy. If no one can check in until 3 why did I wait 37 minutes & had to go to the office to find out why. I was attending my brother's Memorial Service to to him dying of cancer.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Cal State Sacramento as it’s just minutes away which is great. However the rooms weren’t great. The mattresses were very firm, the blankets thin, and the comforter was basically a sheet. Two thin pillows per queen sized bed and when we asked for more they said they didn’t have any. Nothing on the walls and the main light gives “penitentiary” feel. Super bright light outside the window, which was almost blocked by the blackout curtain (that was partially falling off the rod). A/C is super loud. Worst of all however was the condition of the floor. I walked barefoot when we arrived and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. Won’t be staying there again.

Good place to go if you just need somewhere to sleep that's affordable. Room was clean, there were movie channels, check in was easy. I could hear some kids running around outside the room but that could happen anywhere. There was a pool but I didn't use it because it was raining when I was there but nice option that they had it. I would stay there again.

Surprisingly good for a Motel 6. Usually Motel 6's suck, but this one, the room looked and smelled clean, the shower didn't have any plumbing issues, and there were no stains on the sheets. The only bad thing was that the sound proofing to the outside is not great, I had to listen to excessive-testosterone-filled dudes revving their motorcycle and backfiring their cars at 2 AM, but other than that, it was great.
