The home is fully stocked, with a spacious kitchen, new appliances, and everything needed for cooking, baking, and BBQing. The home features two master bedrooms, each with queen-sized beds and attached bathrooms, and the office/den has a queen-sized sofa bed with a luxurious SlumberAir mattress. The office includes a dedicated space for remote work, complete with printer and office supplies. The backyard includes an outdoor lounge area, dining set, sparkling saltwater pool, and hot tub.
You’ll be close to Sacramento’s many popular attractions: the California State Capitol, Old Sacramento, Railroad Museum, Convention Center, Crocker Art Museum, Golden One Center, Raley Field, restaurants, shopping, and more. Close to Highway 50, I-80, and Bus-80, and only 20 minutes from Davis.
Cleanliness is key! We thoroughly sanitize the home before each stay and offer disinfecting wipes, soap, detergent, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant spray. If you are bringing your own, please do not use any that contain bleach or harsh chemicals that could damage or discolor the furniture. Thanks in advance!

3. Respectful Quiet Hours: We value a peaceful environment and observe quiet hours starting at 10:00 p.m. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially regarding music, to allow for a serene atmosphere.
4. Celebration Guidelines: While we love to see our guests having a great time, we kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties. Any additional guests not included in the reservation must receive prior approval from the host. We want to ensure that our property remains comfortable for all, and any unauthorized parties will incur a $650 party fee.
5. Neighborly Consideration: Our home is nestled in a friendly, family-oriented neighborhood. Please drive slowly and keep an eye out for children, pets, and neighbors. Let's cherish the tranquility of our surroundings and ensure noise does not extend beyond our property after 10:00 p.m.
6. Smoke-Free Zone: To maintain a clean and healthy environment, we have a strict no-smoking policy. Please refrain from smoking, including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, and vaping, anywhere on the premises. Violations will result in immediate eviction, a fine of up to $250, and additional cleaning fees.
7. Pet-Free Haven: We regretfully cannot accommodate pets on the property, as the owner has allergies.
8. Extended Stays and Holidays: For longer stays, a deep clean may be required, and additional cleaning charges may apply. Please be aware that holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas may involve extra kitchen usage, leading to potential additional cleaning fees as well.
9. Bedroom Etiquette: To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we kindly request that no food or drinks be consumed in the bedrooms. Thank you for understanding.
