“El conjunto tiene muy buenos servicios, desayunos, cafetería, billar, tennis de mesa, piscina, BBQ. Sin embargo, el servicio si debe mejorar, esperamos por un desayuno 40 minutos, al momento de hacer check in tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo porque no aparecía la reservación. Los apartamentos son súper cómodos pero el piso se nota muy sucio. ”

“This property was located in one of the best neighborhoods in Barranquilla. Everything this villa had to offer was top notch and first class. The property owner was very attentive and gave me great recommendations in addition to my original plans. I definitely plan on staying here on my next trip to Barranquilla.”

“We stayed during carnaval and the hotel is clean and peaceful. The people are so welcoming, nice and helped us with everything we needed. When we booked, they told us they tried to get the advertisement removed though so you might have to book with the hotel directly but can check that with them!”

“VRBO once again delivered with a nice apartment, in a nice area. Property manager Diego was extremely responsive to questions and concerns. Apartment was clean and we felt very safe in this building. One suggested improvement would be to eliminate the 3rd party billing and simply allow a renter to click "confirm" button and they are done. Having the billing and payment process separate from the reservation process is time consuming and creates unneccessary emails/texts/bank calls. Otherwise a……

“I love this place so much that, after a two-week stay, I extended for another three weeks. The building staff -- security and maintenance -- are courteous, cordial, and very effective. The VRBO management is always nearby and alway ready with help, recommendations, and solutions. The surrounding area is very good, with an excellent park, restaurants, a bakery, and groceries within an easy walk. One of Barranquilla's two major shopping malls is an easy 15-minute walk. Overall, and excellent stay.”

“The owner simply did not give me access to the property, I stayed outside the building for 4 hours calling him and he never answered. El dueño no dejo llaves ni me contesto el telefono mi familia y yo estuvimos horas fuera del edificio con nuestras maletas. Horrible experiencia que nos arruinaron nuestro carnaval.”
