“Excellent location. View from the balcony and top floor amazing. Rooms need a bit of love (paint not redone, scuff on the walls, worn out trimmings. Spa advertised not available. Breakfast is one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Staff not very attentive and welcoming.”

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature, perfect for a hot shower after a long hike. We stayed during Christmas, and the hotel had a wonderful festive atmosphere with beautiful decorations. “My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.”
