What a wonderful hotel,lovely setting,all of the staff were excellent ,professional,friendly and the hotel had a lovely homely feel,would recommend to anyone . The only thing l can say being slightly negative is that the spa in the pool area felt very dated ,and the decor in places throughout the hotel could do with revamping!! Wonderful stay 😊

Had a lovely stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The swimming pool was a great size and the jacuzzi lovely and warm. The food was also very good. Would highly recommend.

Lovely hotel great good in the restaurant. Had to wait ages for our dessert I think they forgot. Nothing around nearest pub is a good 20 minute walk away. Nice gardens to sit in and have a drink at the hotel. Dog friendly too

A lovely hotel in a good location for many places to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and made our stay and my wife's birthday a wonderful memory. We will definitely return.

We stayed 2 nights. Perfectly adecuate to stay and spend your day in the lovely villages nearby. The aetting was very pretty. The room was spaceous but hot (despute having a fan) and not very aound proof (it was a dog next door that kept us awake one of the nights), it also didn't have plug sockets next to the bed and the water pressure of the shower was low. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice. For the price, you would probably expect a bit more but overal it was ok.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after. There was a good choice of food for both breakfast and dinner, cooked to a high standard.
Our room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of comfort throughout our stay. The only downside was that some of the furniture felt a little tired and could benefit from an update, but it didn’t detract from the overall experience.
Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and good amenities — We’d happily return.

Very friendly atmosphere and lovely staff who were happy and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Superior double room was clean and spacious and bathroom was pristine and up to date. It would have been nice to be able to open the fixed net curtains to have a proper view of the garden outside our room but this is a small personal niggle.
Breakfast and dinner were both delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Overall, a lovely location for a weekend visiting Rye and its surroundings and I would stay here again.

toilet to close to wall over head shower head to small and no flex lead shower head no main light switch by bed had to exit to kill light break fast bit over priced but dinner was great and water was hot grounds nice but could use some more flowers fountin needs a good clean ditto bench

Our room was beautiful with a lovely Juliet balcony over looking the gardens. The room was spotless and the toiletries were super useful. The staff were really helpful, especially at breakfast when I could not decide what to have! We regret not bringing swim/gym wear to use the gum and swimming facilities.

We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout by friendly helpful staff.Our room 60 with patio was lovely.so we sat in the sun overlooking gadrens listening to birds singing and a Squirrel on the lawn . The pool was just right for a lovely swim . The lounges restorant and general building and garden beautiful. Thankyou Flackley and staff for lovely stay.

Dining room was bright with many windows overlooking garden area. Food and service was very good. Plenty of parking. We were upgraded with small patio with table and chairs. Definitely would stay there again.
