“No complaints except for the second floor bedroom. The door didn’t have a way to latch shut nor did it cover the whole door opening. And the bed was not comfortable at all. Other than that, it was great!”

“Such a perfect spot for a family vacation! The house was so much nicer than the photos depict. We loved the roominess, the accessibility to the dock and the screened in porch. Fran was fantastic to work with! We can’t wait to return next year!”

“The property was quiet and peaceful. Just what we wanted. Would stay again. However, while the house was neat, the cleanliness wasn’t super for what we paid. Bugs on every door and window, significant ant problem in the kitchen, bathrooms with evidence of last occupants. ”

“We had a brilliant time. The house was clean well appointed and spacious for a family of five. Kitchen was well equipped and even though I shopped in Knoxville, I could have found everything at Food City in Dandridge. Dandridge was very nice. Douglas Lake was gorgeous. About 35-40 minutes from Pigeon Forge. Just a fabulous vacation with a nice, comfortable house on a quiet street at the end of the day. Hope to return. Recommended.”

“We attended the UT vs Kentucky game on Saturday night. We arrived on Friday and played golf at the Sevierville Golf Club. This location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect. However, if you’re a stickler for cleanliness, this may not be for you. ”
