“Great property. Unique and quaint. Very Charming. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to Greeneville. We felt safe and it was conveniently located. Adorable candy shop attached to the hotel. (Sweeter than Sweet.) Negatives: room was a bit chilly and never quite reached the temperature it said it was set to. Bring extra blankets in winter! Restaurant was closed for breakfast on Sunday. A heads up at check in on Friday would have been helpful since we came down Sunday to have……

“We visited in November and this home was perfect for our family of 10! Adorably decorated for Fall! Open floor plan in kitchen/dining room, hallway, and downstairs bath/bedrooms was very accessible for one family member in a wheelchair! They even provided snacks which the the kids and adults enjoyed! Plenty of pillows, blankets, games and even fishing poles if you wanted to fish in the beautiful ponds! The kids really enjoyed visiting the cows! If you forgot anything it was probably there from……

“Location was great, we knew water is down this time of year, but was still able to fish. Great views, and communication with the property manager. Only issue was the video game was broken. Driveway is steep but paved. ”

“We were very pleased upon entering Wendy’s Cozy Cottage as it was accurately described in her VRBO listing. It was conveniently located in town near our relatives, stores, and restaurants. We cooked several meals in the well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the home was very clean. Having a washer and dryer was very handy since we stayed for over a week. The shower worked well and there was an ample supply of hot water. We enjoyed our stay there and will check for availability……
