Very Nice Property
The renovations were very nice. It was up-to-date and felt like I was staying in a house I could live in. There was great lighting in the kitchen, nice appliances and plenty of cookware. Very spacious bedrooms, comfy beds and plenty of towels and blankets. And every room has a TV. Always a plus with kids. There was even a Christmas tree and decorations. We felt very much at home.

Fantastic getaway
This place did not disappoint! It's very spacious and welcoming. My husband, grandkids, and I stayed and we all felt comfortable. Although we brought our own family games for game night, there were family games available to use which we enjoyed. My grandsons said they want to live in this house, lol. Seriously, this is a great home and the newly renovations are very modern and nice. My husband and I would definitely rent this home again when we travel to KY to visit our grandkids again.

Great property. Very clean with an open floor plan and plenty space for our family of 6. Centrally located in Flatwoods with short travel times to Kroger and a local coffee shop. One of the nicest properties we have stayed at in the Ashland area.

Beautiful Like New Home
Wonderful place to stay. Totally enjoyed the newness of the property. Bottom floor and fenced back yard were absolutely great to have our dogs (2) with us. Because of all the work done on the outside property (trees removed), please be cautious of ticks as our dog had several when we arrived home. As an avid reader, it would have been nice to have table lamps in living room and bedroom in addition to the overhead lights. A few more visitors will definitely give this home a more lived-in atmosphere! A++
