“The lush grounds, the catfish pond, the beautifully furnished cottages surrounded by pines is really only secondary to the kindness and hospitality Carlos and Susan showed our bunch of family and friends (8 of us from 60-79 years old for a couple of birthdays). The adjustable beds, comfy living areas and vert well equipped kitchens added to our 3 night stay. Even when I messed up the arrival date, Susan fixed it easily. “We stayed at Linda's house for a THSBA State tournament weekend. Her property had enough room to accommodate a boat trailer and we were even able to park it under the cover. The house is huge! Enough room for the boys to be able to spread out each night after fishing all day. One concern we always jave pulling a boat through neighborhoods is the roads, the roads to and from the house are perfect woth no issues. The location is within 10 minutes of any boat lauch from mid lake to the dam. If……

“My family and I came into town for our niece's wedding! She and her husband are students at SFA and wanted to get married in the town that they met! We all traveled in from North Texas for the weekend! We chose this home for the affordability and proximity to the wedding venue! It was a great place to stay and we wished we had more free time to have allowed the rest of our family to join us for a backyard cookout or something! There was so much space and the yard was beautiful! If we ever come……
