"Excellent check in. Lovely room but it was cold heating didn’t work. No sign on the lounge bar to say it was closed and to use the other bar so people were standing there waiting for a while."

Poor soundproofing
"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor ..."
