“We were a family of 3 in town for usc family weekend. The house was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen seemed good but we didn't cook at all so I'm not sure about how it's stocked. Bedrooms has plenty of space. ”

“Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!”

“We used this house as a place to stay while our sister was coming to her life’s end at her house which was close by. It gave us privacy and was very well appointed. Would definitely come back under better circumstances. ”

“Everything was clean, welcoming, and in order. One of us slept in the bedroom and one on the futon. Some snacks were provided and the place had a positive vibe and the owner was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were good.”

“Convenient, cute apartment. Very clean, appliances work well (outside of the ice maker). Very close to 5 Points in a great walking neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.”

“Clean, comfy cozy. We would definitely stay again. On a side note, directions on maps app kept taking us to another street. Because it's a duplex, you must put the address plus a dash and the last 2 of the adjoining duplex suite.”
