Welcome to your stylish New York loft-inspired retreat in the heart of Rotorua's CBD. This chic apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with one bedroom thoughtfully screened off from the living area for added privacy. Its prime location means you're just a short stroll from the Rotorua Lakefront, the vibrant Eat Street, a variety of cafes and restaurants, and the Rotorua i-Site, where you can catch tours to local attractions.
The Space:
The apartment is upstairs above the shops. Once you open the unassuming front door, you'll be delighted to see a spacious and very well thought out central city apartment.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and huge wardrobe / storage area.
Bedroom two is at the other end of the apartment and has a queen bed also with a private bathroom.
Bedroom three is not a full seperate room but screened off from the living area. It also has a queen bed.
The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and a fantastic entertainer's kitchen if you want to have a night in cooking.
We have one car park which is located approximately 150m walk to the apartment. A parking permit will be provided at the apartment for you to display in your vehicle window for the duration of your stay.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole apartment.
Other Things to Note:
This is an upstairs apartment so stairs are unavoidable here.
One car park is included which is about 200m from the apartment. You can use paid parking in the nearby car parking building on Pukeatua Street or you can park in the street for free after 5pm and before 8am.
