“Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. Location very convenient.”

“Great location with easy access to public transport, food and shopping. The rooms are recently refurbished and the room are generally clean. They give a $10 dining credit per stay for the amenity fee. That's good if you are just staying one night but not fair for those staying more nights.”

“停车场出来的电梯是锁着的，要check in 以后有酒店卡才能开，只有楼梯可以走进酒店。酒店里面有娱乐设施，大人小孩都可以玩。”

“The staff was very friendly, you’ll need to ask for things like irons, hair driers, and towels. We weren’t there a lot but the surrounding area is a bit sketchy so do not leave things in your car even with private parking. ”

“The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.”
