“This property came out way above our expectations. The price point was so low we had our doubts but this place was wonderful. The staff was the most helpful I have ever encountered. Although it is not a new facility it is very well kept and welcoming. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the ferry to Nantucket. Hyannis is a lovely town and there are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance too. ”

“Nice and clean hotel in a very convenient location and friendly staff. A new hospital was under construction nearby and this was a bit of an eyesore, but it's not hotel's fault in anyway. ”

“Location was 2nd to non as we were scheduled to take the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard one morning. They were currently adding what looks to become a restaurant/bar and maybe even rooms, but not much noise, would have been nice to have a drink at hotel and use patios. Room was very clean and comfortable!”

“We had a good stay. Our only disappointment was that the only had cable tv. There was no way to log in streaming services. ”

“ The inn is welcoming and cheery. Good location for driving to Woodshole and for walking around Falmouth. Disappointed that we had to wait until 8 am for our Saturday coffee, as the sign in the kitchen let us know (even after telling us coffee is ready at 7. We’re early risers. But if that’s the only complaint, I’d say it was a very nice stay.”

“Great location, comfy beds, clean, friendly owners; perhaps in the midst of renovations as painting needed in many areas. Expedia should NOT use photo of attached restaurant terrace on its website because it is no longer part of the motel but rather rented for a bar - therefore, no food (breakfast) available on site - that was misleading.”

“We fell in love with Summer Camp on our sister trip to MV. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we had questions or needed extra towels. We loved the fun decor and the vacation vibe was complete with porch rockers, ping pong, corn hole, and a canteen station with water, coffee, and tea. We loved the queen suite. You couldn’t ask for a better location, all walkable to the harbor, dining, and shopping. The bus transportation was perfect so we were able to see the whole island easily. ……

“Great hotel overall, rooms are clean and roomy. Didn't have any concerns at all. Breakfast the only missing part, wasn't a full hot breakfast, just had some warm egg, but nothing else hot (no meat or potato).”

“Location was good for what we needed. Room was clean but floor was not swept. Property needs a lot of upgrading. Looks run down on the outside. Pictures on website are dated. Property has much potential with some TLC.”
