“I was very impressed with how well kept this place was. Very clean and all appliances are updated. The beds were very comfortable. Fantastic location close to Watkins Glen. I would love to come back in the summer and use the grill and fire pit! We would definitely stay here again.”

“The VRBO picture shows the front of the house, but unit #5 can only be entered from the back. It is a basement suite, the design of which would be perfect for someone attending the nearby university, but not for two couples. (The person sleeping in the queen-sized bed in the small bedroom must open their door and step into the living area, which now contains a king-sized bed in order to transit to the bathroom.) The bedroom contains no furniture except for the bed and one very small night……

“Attractive historic house. Very clean. No TV but good Wi-Fi. Next to through way so road noise is present. Very convenient to walk to downtown and sights. ”

“We stayed during the off season (April) and loved the location of this place to some of our favorite wineries! It's also a quick trip into Watkins Glen. The place itself was quirky with a fully stocked kitchen and clean bathroom. We saw the owners a few times and they are incredibly friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Other reviews complained about the beds but we didn't mind them at all. The living space was perfect for our two kids to play.”
