This hotel is in the perfect location to explore the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Borghese Gardens, and great gelato and restaurants. If you get with breakfast, the meal is delivered to your room! We loved having room service. Tiger at the front desk went above and beyond in guiding us to good food, and giving us great directions. Helpful with humor: great!

This hotel is extremely dirty and run-down, nothing like the photos. The adjacent building (where we were supposed to stay) is located on a dark, unsafe street with no reception, making check-in difficult and uncomfortable. The conditions were so bad that we chose not to stay. The hotel initially promised a refund but never followed through. Beware—avoid this place!

This was a gem. The rooms were beautiful and there were cafes and shopping right there. The Trevi Fountain was within walking distance. Very convenient and the staff helped organize transportation to the airport for us.

I typically stay at Marriott properties when I travel, but I found this property online right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and took a gamble, which paid off. The staff (on all shifts) were awesome! They spoke English well and was always polite and friendly when engaged. The property was within walking distance (25 minutes or less) of most sites to see and a bit longer to the Vatican. Breakfast delivered to my room was a great touch as I didn’t have to leave to seek out the meal. This is not a high-end property, but the staff and general service delivery makes up for the lack of other amenities. There was a gentleman who carried my bags to my room as if I was in a high-end property. This was unexpected and definitely welcomed. Don’t stay at this property if you’re looking for a spa, gym, or restaurant on site. DO stay here if you like great service from the staff, quaint, great location to the cool sites, and general convenience, and a good low price. My first day in Rome and after dropping my bags at the property, I was robbed of my passport and credit cards (none of which had anything to do with this property) at the Spanish Steps. When I discovered my theft, I immediately went back to the hotel and made the front desk attendant Janine aware, and she jumped right into action to advise of how and where to report this to the local police and to advise of where and when to go to the US Embassy. She even paid for my dinner for the evening because I had no money.

This hotel was pretty decent for our 1st time in Rome. It was walkable to everything, food, shopping, transportation. The only thing husband didn’t like was the ‘no elevator’ for luggages. Also there was no charging area to charge your phone you would need to by one of those euro plug converters. The mattress was comfortable. Some of the furniture and decor was definitely outdated.

Centrally located. There is a a lot of walking around the city so being in a more central area with convenient access to trains, bus, and sights is a huge impact. The staff who welcomed me is very nice and friendly and is extremely helpful, his name is Tiger. I would definitely come back to this property.

Excellent staff! Very helpful and attentive. The property itself is in need of repairs. Our AC was broken most of our stay and the showerhead sprayed in random directions. Smaller issues were a coffee pot with calcium buildup and a broken sink drain.

We were assigned to a room at a location away from the main hotel, it was about 1 block away, in an alley, with a spiral staircase( terrible for carrying luggage (although the hotel did send a person with us to carry the luggage up the staircase but I had to carry the luggage down when time to checkout) the stairs were very unsafe for people our age (71) the room was very small and the shower was extremely small wit no place to put your shampoo or soap except the floor. We booked the same time our friends did and they had a very nice room at the main hotel. When I questioned to why ours was at a different location and they said it was because we booked it through Expedia!!!! I expected to get some type of refund but to no avail. I would never go back to them and I’m the one that suggested to our traveling friends to stay there. Very bad experience!!’ Never again,
