Wouldn’t stay again due to poor condition of unit and customer service by local team. The location, check-in and WiFi is convenient. The pictures and condition of the unit did not match up at all. I’m sure the rooms looked like the picture in their prime but now they are run down and need maintenance BADLY. I took pics and video and sent it to customer service and they didn’t do anything or see an issue, just said there was nothing they could do and online photos are just examples.Told me supervisor would contact me and ofcourse they didn’t. Didn’t offer anything, even to move me to another unit, wouldn’t approve refund. Probably because they are all terrible. You can tell renovations were cheaply done. There was water damage throughout the property, the walls are all scuffed up, the bathroom stinks of mold, black mold in the shower, shower door coming apart, sink leaks in the back. I could barely breathe in the bathroom it was so bad. When we checked in sheets had stains, they never got changed even after alerting property. The bed is made with a sheet only but we found a comforter in the closet ourselves luckily. The apartment definitely appears smaller in person but that isn’t a huge deal. The bed wasn’t comfortable and pillows were cheap and soft. The place just felt a bit grungy and looks like a budget version of what you see online. Towels were cheap but we liked having products in the shower like shower gel. Budget option, no staff onsite typically, chat line a joke.
