A sitting area with desk and sofa bed is found in the foyer.
The top level great room impresses with high, vaulted ceilings, beautiful ocean views and ample seating for the group around the large screen TV with BluRay player. Imagine you are in an island paradise with the themed décor complete with palm tree. The kitchen is spacious and well-appointed for meal preparation with breakfast bar that seats 4 barstools. The adjacent dining area seats another 8, and faces the ocean through the slider to the oceanside deck. A second dining table is found in front of the slider leading to the screened porch which features a picnic table for dining outside with a view. And for evening entertainment, escape to the media room with magical compass on the ceiling that lights your way.
