“Beaver Run was in such a cute part of town. Downsides were a very strict cancellation policy, the sink always had a slow drip & it was too dim in the hotel room. Needed more light!”

“Overall Great Hotel, recommended. Bed is really comfortable. great location, food/gas station nearby, quiet at night. Great staffs. except my room during the stay was right beside dining area, we could hear the noisy from kitchen or cleaning area very clearly right after the breakfast started.”

“Everything was good with our stay, except the handicap parking spots were not plowed. The other spots were plowed, but with my wife being in a wheelchair, we were very disappointed to see that they took care of the other parking spots, but not the handicap parking spots”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”
