“I was unaware that I was booking a KOA campground and was in shock when I arrived and was told there was no running water or bathroom in my cabin, but once I settled in it was lovely. We built a fire and enjoyed some outside time”

“Right from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with polite words and a clean lobby! Even though it was cold and snowing outside, that didn't stop the front desk from being polite and ensuring that we had everything we needed & notified me I was selected as the "Guest of the Day", which was a very nice touch & unique to this property! Something that other hotels should adopt because it makes guest(s) feel appreciated! There was nothing special about being "Guest of the Day", but……
