“It was ok. I don't think it really is what I think of as a "boutique hotel". This was a former B&B, so it's basically a nice B&B without breakfast. I will say it was nice having coffee downstairs in the morning, but either have some good pastries or don't put out at all. The very dry mini-muffins and little scones were not great. Luckily we got a good deal, and some of their other properties look worth checking out. Service was great though- they were very responsive to my texts. I think……

“ Check in was problematic as the lock codes were sent only a few hours ahead if check in and by text rather that email as previously indicated. The room was nice, but there was mold in the shower and the drinking glasses were clearly previously used (lip balm marks).”

“It had a great view of the lift bridge and was in a good location. The hotel was clean including the pool. The pool was pretty cold. The breakfast was ok, the eggs were not great and the sausage was cold. There was no recycling options.”

“Worth getting the Club level rooms on the 6th floor for a lovely view of the lake. Parking is weird, but oddly accessible/convenient once you lnow what's going on. Fitgers/Pickwicks and other dining a short walk away. Be aware: no direct beach access.”
