“We contacted Vacasa MULTIPLE TIMES from the minute we checked in regarding the dish network and internet not working, bbq being left with food still on it, jacuzzi was filthy with debris and leaves in it and it was cold, etc., the list goes on. Their customer service was the worst we’ve ever experienced and with each text and call we made, which were MANY came the promises of someone coming out to fix things or someone calling us back.
