“Cabin was nice. Nothing to brag about but we were not expecting anything fancy. The reason for 4 stars is that the furnace was not working and it got cold. I’d noticed in a previous review that they kept the house cold- 65- and the host would not turn it up for a previous guest. However the furnace would not stay on for longer the 15 minutes. The house was freezing and doesn’t have additional blankets to keep guest warm. Only the two comforters on the beds. When I messaged the host about……

“For the most part we had an enjoyable stay. Our favorite part was being able to sit on the balcony and watch the river. There were some minor things that we did not like. ”

“This is a duplex. Owner lives upstairs & is very attentive and available via text/phone. The place is old - as are all of the houses in the Bridge District - but nice enough. There were essentials missing in my opinion: toilet paper, toaster or toaster oven. Otherwise we were comfortable & it was nice to be on the ground floor with a yard.”
