“I stayed two nights on business, and Nikita was very accomodating. Hotel is nice, clean, bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable. I have stayed before and will stay again. Highly recommend!”
“Most comfortable hotel beds in buckhannon. I've stayed here when it was the microtel and now under New Management with Best Western sure stay. Good stuff friendly people. And there's always coffee in the lobby so that's a plus”
“Everything was good, well taken care of. The only issue I had was the power going out for a few hours, which was a local issue due to inclement weather. It wasn't something the hotel could control. All good all around regardless of the minor issue. ”
“The only thing I would suggest is different mattress’s . I slept in a king bed and woke multiple times and had pain in different areas of my body due to the mattress feeling like I was laying on a stiff board. Room was clean and staff was pleasant and price was affordable.”
“This was an amazing stay! The Dome was super clean and warm even in the winter.
It was raining super hard throughout the night to the point the river was flooding and taking trees with it. Not one leak happened all night long.
We definitely will be coming back. Awesome place and experience! ”
