Not thrilled with my stay at your hotel. The room above us people were making noise in the early morning, rolling things around on the floor. The front desk folks were not professional. Also, I have written directly to Hilton about the following. Saturday night 8.31 there was a thunderstorm that took the power off in the hotel. No one was notified of this outrage, I had to call the front desk to learn that the hotel was in battery back up and there was no TV, no internet, and no air conditioning. This made for a very quiet evening and to say the least frustrating. I have not heard back from the email I had previously sent so that is why I am sharing again. Noisy customers one night and many essentials missing one of the other nights. Just not fun!! I hope I will receive a refund or something for this inconvenience. I look forward to hearing from someone. I know my previous message indicated I would hear from someone 3 days. I have not heard anything from anyone! Email is best to reach me and if you could let me what time is best to contact you I will do so.
