“We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.”

“Our first surprise was the sixty dollar fee for parking. The parking lot allegedly belong to another entity besides the condo. We had to pay a sixty dollars fee PLUS we had very specific instructions to park in the number spot that we were assigned which was spot 32 . If we did not the instructions assured us that we would be immediately towed away. This TWO bedroom with a window between the bedrooms was no problem for us . “We booked this property base on the online reviews. Our check-in experience is anything but. We could not check in because property owner did not send us an invite code to get into the loft. The property was also not cleaned so when we were able to get in we had to wait about an hour for the cleaning person to finish. I think the property also need a deep cleaning because stains and dusts were abundant. To compensate for the snafu we were told by property owner he will not charge us for……

“I cannot say enough about our host Desiree! She was amazing from start to finish. The penthouse was perfect and we loved the screened in patio with a view of downtown Atlanta. Free parking was a huge plus and the location was great for downtown activities. Desiree was quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!”

“Cozy place with an amazing location. 5(ish)-minute drive to wherever you want to be downtown. You have to find your own parking situation but other than that 5 stars.”

“We came for my husbands graduation and made it into an annual vacation. This location was ideal because it is close to a lot of attractions. Everyone was so helpful from the concierge, to the maintenance man to the host. Everything we needed we got. Loved our stay here.”

“The condo was super cute and enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The only issue we had was getting an elevator (only 1 was working) but that’s not the fault of the hosts. The hosts were very nice and sent clear communication about check-in/out. Location was very close to the Aquarium which is what we wanted. ”

“We booked this apartment because it was within walking distance of the convention center and looked great in the pictures. The apartment complex itself could use some updating especially with the elevator button being broken on the top floor. Overall the apartment was pretty updated and clean, the pictures are accurate and there is a balcony which we loved! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!”

“Really nice condo - renovated and super clean! Easy check in. Only downside was that there was only one free parking spot. We had to park our other car at a parking garage that wasn’t cheap.”

"It was a terrible experience. Small rooms, bad smells, near the street, very noisy at night, even can’t fall asleep. Service was bad. Cleaning persons enter the room without nocking or ringing doorbell. The worker at the front desk is rude. All of the problems are obviously, she even said she didn’t see it."
