「The hotel is perfect for a true beach getaway! Location is ideal with activities and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was friendly and helped coordinate kid-friendly excursions with ease. My 7 year old has already asked to go back for his 10th birthday. The food was also really delicious. Definitely recommend this property and staying on Popoyo beach in general. Definitely rent the atv or a bike to get around faster but most places are within a 30 minute walk.」

「It was advertised as a retreat but they played loud music constantly. The chairs around the pool were all switched to uncomfortable wood ones, and while our room was technically clean it stunk so badly of bleach. If the music was calming and they had comfortable seats I’d recommend it. 」

「We had a lovely stay here, to relax after an overnight flight. View from room 9 is amazing and we loved watching the sunset. The staff is very helpful. The place is owned by Henry who also owns the Iguana Bar where you get breakfast. The pool wasn’t available, which was bad timing for us, but Henry was very nice about it and even ended up literally washing my feet after I came back from the beach (with a hose). Not much for vegans at breakfast but we had rice and beans and a small side of...

「Very clean room, cold AC, full kitchen and easy access! This resort is a work in progress as they are building out the rooms but the completed rooms are excellent and great. Nice staff with easy access to motorcycle rentals, beach, etc! 」

「A very nice hotel right across from the central plaza. We quite enjoyed staying here. It's fairly new, clean and well maintained with a nice little pool in the courtyard. Would definitely stay again.」

「A very nice hotel just outside Moyogalpa on Ometepe. It's a very nice property with large comfortable and clean rooms. There was a choice of breakfasts and all the meals were very good. Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay and we were not aware of this when we booked. English is very limited there but we enjoyed our stay there even without the pool. Loved Ometepe and would stay here again.」

「Besides the no hot water, no shampoo, and the fact that my window opened up to where the sheets were hung (not much natural light), the room was fine. AC worked well! Electricity only went out twice for a very short time. Internet WiFi was weak but I could still hop on calls if the camera was turned off.
