“Porch is filled with cobwebs. Steps inside need a lot of improvement. Inside was very clean, if dated. However I was pleased with the updated shower, refrigerator, kitchen. No tv made the down time lonely. Netflix did not work, nor did dvd player. For me I needed a much more closer bathroom on the second floor. Getting up 3 times a night to use bathroom & navigating those poorly constructed stairs was scary. I did not want to stay in the single bed right by front door. SUZANNE was very……

“Traveling as a family of 10 to Lancaster to be part of our sister/daughter’s wedding day we knew we needed the perfect place to spend the weekend. We knew from the pictures we were in for a treat (and not just the shoe-fly pie). The toddler loved spending the mornings staring at the chickens through the window and going out to visit, the adults loved checking out the stream and fire pit, while we all loved having a place to be all together during a special time. Every detail made it a perfect……

“The house is cute and clean small house perfect for 9. Comfortable clean linens were provided. Easy to get to. Close to food and easy to get to University of Delaware. Host was easy to get in touch with. The only thing was no TV at all but we enjoyed our time.”

“I istayed at the property for a family event. It was my adult children and spouse, my husband and a cousin. The location is surrounded by farms with farm animals greeting you when you’re on the deck. Amish carts and horses passed by and made you really feel you were far from home. We loved the fire pit and deck. The home was spacious enough for everyone to have private space. We watched sports in the living room and the blankets smelled so good and were so cozy. The home is well stocked……
