“Great time location and sraff”

“It's a no frills location. Does provide a kitchenette. The 2 twins to make a king bed took a night or 2 to get used to.”

“Overall this condo was clean and the amenities were wonderful. It was also in a nice location. The listing does state that both pools are heated, but only one was heated when we were there and it was the one that is further away. My biggest issue though was the furniture or lack thereof. Only one TV, none in any of the bedrooms. One small dining table with only four chairs and barely big enough to have 4 large plates on. The couch was so small not even my tiny children could sit comfortably on……

“I left a note for the owner with a few suggestions. Just little things like letting guests know about the heating system. Larger coffee cups for the Keurig, when the pods arrive. And a light outside of the door so guests can see to put the key in the door. ”

“Responsive owner. Close to Mayo Phoenix, close to everything, beautiful little apartment full of anything necessary for daily life away from home. Loved It!”

“My husband and I chose this property as it was close proximity to the Legacy Sports Complex where my son was playing in a tournament. Not only did it take 15 minutes to get to the soccer fields but it was 20 minutes to hiking and 25 minutes to dinner in Old Town. When not out an about, the property offered 360 views of the local area, city, and mountains and yoga on the top deck. It was perfect!”

“Nice condo unit. The facility is a little older but this unit has some nice updates. It is close to anything you need, with restaurants and stores all within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!”
