“When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property.”

“Property is run down. Room smelled like raw sewage. Dog droppings in an Absolutely NoPets Room found in hallway outside our room and surrounding our parking space. Kitchen had no spoons for silverware. Bathroom had residual dog fecal matter spread on floor, we had to clean up. You could literally smell the room odor from the hall. ”

“Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. ”

“When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. “While this may look like an older hotel, you still have your own access. Our room was a bit outdated, but it was very comfortable and had what we needed. There are elevators in the building. The price was right and very affordable. They do have a front desk during regular hours of business, so if anything was needed that would be the only time to communicate.
