“Our family absolutely loved our stay at ‘Adventure Awaits.’ Dolly was so accommodating and kind to us which made our trip even more enjoyable. We loved the virtual guidebook that was provided, and we especially appreciated the local recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Two of the highlights of our trip were golfing at the resort and visiting Lake Laura - two perks that would make us come back! “Having never been to Virginia before, this was a very extreme difference from what I am used to. Breathtaking views all over, the locals were amazing and polite, and the cabin was perfect for the 3 of us. We had enough space we could move around without feeling like we were on top of each other, the other added bonuses like the hot tub, the grill and the fire pit were all well appreciated. You won't be disappointed, its close enough to the basic needs to not feel like you need to sacrifice,……

“My group of friends stayed at this house and the most frequent thing we said was “wow.” There are certainly nice VRBO properties, but of them all, this was the most deliberate. Furnishings were quite nice and matched, there were three different tables to sit 8 people around, plenty of space for any sort of activity. Perhaps the hottest hot tub I’ve ever experienced. Close to any type of Front Royal activity. You are out in nature, but can get to the store and back in under 20 minutes.……

“Super close to the top of the ski lift, like it only took about 30 seconds to ride my bike from the lift to the driveway. Awesome kitchen. Chalet is a tad dated on decor but it adds some charm. Seems like an actual family’s vacation home and not some conglomerate rental company. Would definitely stay there again, the location is great and it would be a great space to share with a few friends snowboarding or riding mountain bikes for a weekend.”
