“It seems to be an older facility with old furniture and carpet. It appears scruffy but it isn’t. The room and bathroom was clean and get cleaned every day. The carpet should be renewed then it would look and smell even better. Would stay there again.”

“The name Cozy Cabin is perfect for this venue. This is basically a one room cabin. It has a Queen-size, comfortable bed. It has a corner shower that is well maintained. (there is a slight lag for water to heat, but once there the power and heat control was fine) It has a vanity sink and a virtually new toilet that flushes well. There is not a kitchen; however, there is a work area with a nice small microwave, a Keurig coffee and hot chocolate maker including an assortment of coffee and chocolate……

“My husband and I got to sneak away for one night (we’ve got three young kiddos), and it was such a quiet, peaceful, restful little getaway. The house was so cozy and beautiful, and the hosts thought of so many thoughtful details. He would absolutely love to go back!”

“We absolutely loved staying at this special place on Indian Lake! Whether you are cooking, watching TV, eating at the dinner table, or on the covered patio, you can see the water! When outside, my family enjoyed the firepit, lawn games, paddleboat and kayak, and jumping off of the dock! This special spot was perfect for making so many memories. “My adult(ish) sons and my husband and I were looking for a place for a relatively large number of adults with ranging interests to stay affordably during down times affiliated with a family wedding in Sydney OH. This Vrbo provided the PERFECT retreat. Varying combinations of us engaged in shuffle board, ping pong or enjoyed the salt water spa. “Fishing trip. The house was good but fishing was not. We caught a few but not like we usually do on the other side of the lake. ”

“The home was beautiful! Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen and linens in the closets. There is SO much room in this home. The host was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back when we are int he area.”

“The penthouse suite was a beautiful, cozy, yet spacious accommodation. We did get locked out at one point, but the host was quick to help us get back in. Overall had a great stay and a great time at the show we went and seen at the Holland theater which was just a 5 minute walk. We also tried the brewfontaine which was another short walk and they had good food and good drinks. Would recommend to anyone thinking about booking!”

“This home was perfect for our family! Our children range from 6-10 and couldn’t have had a better experience! Everything you want is within 10 minutes of the property, and you are removed from the outside world if you decide to stay home. Absolutely perfect!!”
