We never really had the opportunity to experience the hotel. We checked in after 10 PM. My family and I were tired as we walked to our room. As I unlocked the door and entered the room, I was surprised to find someone else already in there. Thankfully, they were at least wearing a towel. I apologized, and we turned around to walk back to the front desk.
When I explained to the clerk that someone was in there, they looked surprised. They checked a few things, made a phone call to their boss, and ultimately, let me know their hotel was full. They offered a room in another hotel, but after that experience, I was done. I do not recall any apology or real attempt to make it up to me.
The hotel may have been a decent experience, but after that, I was not impressed.
