“So the overall area is in north Philly and ask expected not the best area but I have seen a lot worst. I had no issues. I would not walk around late at night though. Overall the place worked out well for what it was. I did ask for two additional pillows as only supply two. This request was declined. Not sure how I feel about an additional security deposit outside of Expeda. I took a lot of pictures to make sure I get my refund. Overall the communication was just awkward. “I thought the listing had a single bed listed as well but we didn’t find it. However, with friends you’ve had for decades it didn’t matter much. The WiFi signal was very weak. But then check in and out were smooth. The property is in an older building and was nicely maintained. Check out was a breeze. Wish more VRBOs were so easy. ”

“My friends and I stayed at this apartment for a week and it was a great experience. The check-in process was pretty easy, and apartment looks just as shown in the pictures. The manager left us a bottle of wine as a welcome treat! ☺️ Our stay was good overall, even though we did some minor dusting of the area upon checkin in and was a bit concerned about the overfilled trash bins outside the building, but it’s a beautiful decorated apartment. Lastly, it is closer to many attractions around……

“I was most concerned about location and proximity to the Mann center, nothing fancy. The property exceeded my expectations as well as providing a wonderful city view from the balcony. It is modestly furnished but clean and the hosts were responsive and friendly. Would recommend and stay again. ”

“Location, neighborhood, and property layout was nice. The only "issue" I had was your concept of a futon was off. Should've been a pull out couch or unfold futon. Wasn't comfortable. One of the beds was "sunken" in. And the futon should be placed in the first floor unit. That way you have 2 beds downstairs and 2 beds upstars. Instead its 3 beds upstairs and 1 bed down stairs. Be great property and layout. I loved the amenities! Just a little more improvements. ”

“The bedroom was listed as having two beds, a double bed and a twin bed. This was a misrepresentation. There was only one double bed. We planned on having more sleeping space for two senior adults. The living room had inadequate lighting for reading on the couch at night. ”
