Family Time

Our family of 11 enjoyed staying here. The house was very comfortable with plenty of towels for everyone. We rented the pontoon for a day and had a wonderful time on the lake! The pontoon was very nice! We would stay again!

Amazing cabin with great views for company retreat

My business does a annual retreat every year and this is one of 4 large cabins I rented. The place is always immaculate and just as described. My employees love the steam shower and the beautiful views from the loft bedroom. I would recommend this place for any type of stay because it has it all.

Enjoyable, setting is beautiful. Would not stay at this location again. Lack of blankets, pillows, and only one private bathroom in a bedroom. All other bathrooms were for general use. In general accommodations were fine. Thank you.

Great house for a larger group

Spent a week with our family and had good time. Hose was very clean. The dock was nice and fishing was pretty good. Back yard was a bit small, with not a lot of room for things like a corn hole game. Lake was big, but very cloudy and full of algae. Someone described it as pea soup - we would agree. There were several bars/restaurants near the lake. Overall a good time.

This was great for our family of 12. Our grandsons ages 2,4, and 6 were able to catch fish off the pier so they were excited, while this grandpa took his 12 and 19 year olds out in the boat and had success as well. Only wish the lake wasn’t green when we were there. Overall a great place to stay.

Great up-north cabin

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Nice swimming area, great kitchen, and lots of space to spread out. Both deck and dock need repairs and limited towels are reason for 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5/5 (no beach towels, not enough bath towels). That being said, we really enjoyed this cabin and would stay again. It was the perfect place to spend time with my siblings and their families.

Spectacular Roomy Cabin on Lake Chetac

This is beautiful and well-designed large cabin with a superb Northwoods decor throughout. A huge family area supported by large bedrooms and three full baths. The large garage also made it easy to load and unload, even in rain. Nice lot with a good number of blackberries! The waterfront is ok, but hampered by a lot of algae in the lake. No one wanted to swim in it, even though we are all "lake people". Pontooning and pan-fishing are excellent.

Beautiful place to stay!

Great cabin for a weekend with family get away! Beautiful scenery and we enjoyed the big back deck, also has a nice back yard with a fire pit! The kids enjoyed making s'mores and fishing on the lake. We cooked all weekend. The only downside was the induction stove. We brought our own pots and pans, so we can cook our own special kind of Asian dishes, but couldn't use it because the induction stove only respond to electromagnetism in order to work. We still had a great time on our trip and enjoyed everything! 5 stars for us. Thanks for a nice cabin!

Great location for quiet fishing, movies, and fun.

My group of friends and I had a great time staying here. We rented a pontoon from across the lake and were out fishing just about every day. Having space both upstairs and down allowed our group to split up to watch movies and play sports on the switch. The deck has an awesome view and is a great place for group lunches. I would definitely recommend this location for families or friend groups looking for a quiet escape from the city and some awesome fishing on a big lake.

We only had a few days, but a beautiful place to stay at. The lake has a lot to offer with the fishing and water activities. Wished we could have stayed longer. The home is very welcoming and comfortable. One thing it could have been a little cleaner.

Work Retreat

I rented 3 cabins this weekend for a company retreat. This is the second year I rented this cabin and it is always beautiful. We have another cabin a mile up the road where the festivities were held so this was mostly used for relaxing after a long day or sleeping. Plan to rent again next year.
