“Our family is large, so it is difficult to find a place for us to enjoy time together. We appreciate the number of beds and baths ar Arcadia Resorts. With the heavy thunderstorms, we did have trouble with some of the amenities working currently. Management was responsive, but it difficult to get appliances serviced on the weekends. We improvised and used the air fryer when the control panel on the oven shorted. There were plenty of activities for the broad range in ages for our grandchildren. I……

“Cute little house, not super clean. Even after we said it was ok to go in and clean it wasn’t cleaned. One unmade bed (dirty sheets) and used towels in the bathroom.”

“This home is very cozy and decorating in true with the theme of being so close to the stockyards. Check in and check out was very smooth. We enjoyed our stay a lot.”

“The peace and quiet was so welcomed after a long, hectic drive. The weather was in the 90s, but a nice breeze made sitting on the porch very enjoyable.”

“My family and I spent a weekend in Ft Worth celebrating my birthday. One reason for picking the property was it said it was within 18 minutes of walking to Billy Bob’s, etc. There were little sidewalks and unsafe conditions to do that. It also is advertised to be a quiet neighborhood. It is not. The neighbors played loud music our first night there until after midnight. The second night loud music was played from down the block. Overall cleanliness was good. We did find food that we had not had……

“Very nice house. Quiet new neighborhood. Close to why we were in town. Plenty of room for family. Several ideas/issues for improvement: -no toilet paper -no trash bags -some mold in bathrooms -yard needed mowing so not able to sit out back because of chiggers -could use some complete check out instructions posted in house -only one small fold out couch -top bunk rail could be taller for child safety -no handsoap in bathrooms -shampoo and conditioner in showers appreciated just no bath……

“Great stay from walking in the door to saying goodbye. Clean house lots of included accommodations, great location lots of space with a wonderful pool. Super quite neighborhood couldn’t ask for a better stay.”

“We were in town for a convention at the Gaylord but didn't want the hustle and bustle of the resort. Loved that this place was conveniently close to the Gaylord while feeling like we were in sweet seclusion. The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. ”

“We had 23 people at our family reunion from infants to teens to adults. There was plenty of room for sleeping accommodations, the kitchen area was sufficient, but the living room area or gathering space was a bit small. However we didn't let that stop us from having a great time. The swimming pool was smaller than the picture shows. There were a few minor changes and house upgrades that could be made to make the stay more enjoyable, but overall we had a great time and the host was always quick……

“We absolutely loved this little place. It was immaculate and comfortable. Although we stayed on the go with activities, we loved coming back in the evening to this home. Only one suggestion, but not a deal breaker by any means, we would have loved a small BBQ pit to grill out under the patio…may be something to consider for the property. Otherwise this is a perfect getaway for a small family or 2 couples.”

“Para o preco, ótimo. Considerações a serem feitas: colado do aeroporto, os aviões passam acima do hotel, mas, não incomodou. Não ha limpezas diárias, mas, vc pode pedir toalhas, papel higiênico, pano de chão etc. Vc tem de jogar seu lixo fora. A cada 14 dias, apenas, há uma faxina por parte do hotel.”
