“I stayed at this property for 1.5 months for work. I loved every day of it. The place was clean, warm, and cozy. The host, Ariana, was absolutely outstanding. Great communication, and a great property. If you’re looking for someplace to stay for cheap, close to downtown Midland, I would highly recommend this property.”

We didn’t think the front door was very secure but weren’t affected by its lack of complete closure. Booking was wonderful and easy to do and we would love to come back again. ”

“This is a nice apartment surrounded by other rental units. There is adequate seating, and the beds are comfortable. There were four of us staying for 3 nights, and I wish there had been more than 2 large towels provided, and ice trays and baking sheets for cooking, but other than that, we had everything we needed. Thanks!”
