Host was lovely and gracious and welcoming, and provided us with helpful insights for seeing the surrounding area and a great recommendation for a bar/restaurant that was off the beaten track (the "Chubby Pig"). “The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. “This place is just average. Not a lot to talk about. Hotel condition is just so-so. It says 24 hour service. And it says staff will be on-site from 5AM. But when I tried to leave property at about 5:40AM, the gate was locked. I have to wait for some time and someone came to unlock the gate. It is a budget hotel. ”

“Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night.
