“The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly the friendliness of all the staff. From the guy who checked us in on the first day, who was very kind to us and made it easy for us after a long journey, to the person in charge of the buffet in the mornings. We had a problem with the heating and one of the other guys at reception kindly brought up his own heater from his desk. It is a very well communicated hotel, but without a doubt what I would highlight the most is the friendliness of the staff.……

“Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. ”
