This property is a converted apartment complex without a front desk. As such, you cannot expect services from a typical hotel, let alone a "luxury" one.
If you are bothered by train whistles you may want to know this property is right next to a railway track.
On the flip side, it does have a kitchen, so it may work for you if you plan to cook your own meals during your stay. If you do, however, prepare to bring or buy cooking oil, salt, and other kitchen condiments on your own. Although the listing says it has a "fully stocked" kitchen, we arrived to find no useful condiments in the kitchen, only an empty salt canteen and a small bottle of white pepper powder.
While it claims to have free breakfast, you only receive one breakfast coupon at Denny's for one person, even when you have more than one person in your party, and stay for multiple days.
