The most significant advantage of Nisos Villa is the sleek sophisticated interior which features a four seater heated spa whirlpool, under the shade of a pergola, which will invite you into a glamorous relaxation feeling while admiring the amazing sea views from the balcony. Next to the spa whirlpool two sun beds are there to welcome you. Let the hydro massage revitalise you, taking all your worries away.

For the wellness lovers there is an equipped gym (including a treadmill, an elliptical machine, weights, ball for exercising and a multi-station), as well as a table tennis and a playground for our young guests.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The first bedroom of the Villa is located on the ground floor, featuring one double bed and balcony access with patio furniture. The beautiful interior designed with modern style and care has been sprinkled with lashings of glamour, as well as the neutral colour palate is charmingly invite you to enjoy a dream relaxing stay. The further two bedrooms of Nisos Villa on the first floor are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

For a touch of added relaxation, guests will find a private balcony in each bedroom with endless views of the sea. The former boasting a four seater, heated spa whirlpool and the latter with a swing, for endless hours of calmness & relaxation.

Last but not least, the first bathroom sits on the ground floor of the Villa, featuring an overhead rainfall shower with cabin. There is a further bathroom on the first floor featuring a shower cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration.

Outside
Nisos Villa is set in 200m2 outdoor area with a private swimming pool and a 50m2 lawn covered area. The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun. BBQ facilities are available, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea in the lovely outdoor sitting area, so as to enjoy your morning coffee, drinks or anything else you may wish.

Location Overview

Nisos Villa is located in the picturesque village of Sfakaki which in recent years has evolved into a very popular seaside resort, as it combines all the features for both vacations and permanent accommodation.

The village has a wonderful, long, sandy beach, just 10 minutes walking from the villa. The beach is also ideal for sunbathing, swimming and water sports. Enjoy the well known greek sun and sea all day long.

Sfakaki is special specifically for another reason too: it has a variety of shops such as a super market, a bakery and a pharmacy, that are within hand’s reach, making ideal for a car free holiday. You can taste the well known traditional Cretan and Mediterranean cuisine in the local tavernas and restaurants, have your coffee in one of the many beach bars on the coast or go for a drink in one of the small bars.

Also in Stavromenos and Skaleta, just 5 minutes away by car, guests will find a butcher shop, an ATM machine and a petrol station.

Additionally, its proximity to the highway, makes it easy to move around and travel almost anywhere in Crete and explore the amazing landscape and beautiful rustic villages. It is only 15 minutes’ drive away from the city of Rethymno and approximately 1 hour (73 Kilometres) from the International Airport of Heraklion.
