“I was thrilled to return to this beautiful condo with my family, enjoying the stunning turquoise ocean and pool views from the balcony, which was just a short walk away. Being so close to the beach was fantastic; we loved relaxing under the palapas, floating in the warm ocean, and dining at the Probar beach restaurant. It was also nice to see that there wasn't a lot of seaweed in the water. We greatly appreciated Ronnie's eagerness to help us move the lounge chairs so we could find the perfect……

“Not a lot of chairs around pool. Hot water for showers was sporadic Mostly warm water to cool. Tv in master bedroom was fine we had issues with the main TV and never really worked even after people came in and fixed it twice. Owner was very responsive on any issue. Good area for lots of restaurants and a grocery store all within walking distance”

“From the moment we get into the apartment, we confirm that every thing was as discribed. It was clean, modern and well furnished. The location was perfect for us! Quiet and close to the beach. More impotant was the fluid comunication with the owner.No complains whatsoever thank you for making this a memorable stay.”

“This property affords the exclusivity of a resort with the access to the real punta Cana experience. It has the amenities, the security, the beachfront restaurant, the exclusive beach access, and it’s also steps from shops restaurants, the real non touristy stuff. A major advantage is the driver that is offered to you (Victor) and the welcome staff (Liz). “We had a wonderful stay from 12/22/24-12/29/24. Overall the property was nice and as expected. I would like to note the following for future guests:- there is no coffee pot as the host indicated (not a huge thing unless you really wanted to drink coffee every morning by the pool)- linens were VERY limited; there was only 1 beach towels (for 4 people), no hand towels, no towels for dishes- paper towels were limited or not provided and toilet paper was EXTREMELY limited. No dish soap was provided.……

“The penthouse is as advertised. Plenty of room for family of 6. Gorgeous view of Caribbean Sea from primary bedroom and balcony. Great spot for morning coffee, reading, playing cards, etc. Enjoyed movie night in loft space, large beautiful dining room table where we had Dominican lady Claudia cook us a traditional meal. Laundry room with sink for after beach day clean up. Beach area housed large cabanas and large walk in pool. Private beach club available next door for a nominal fee. Very safe……
