This is a decent, well-located hotel which provides great access to the train station, restaurants, and main attractions in Reims. Staff is well-trained and friendly, the breakfast (included in our package) was very good. The main concierge was super helpful.
It is by no means a luxury or boutique hotel however. Our small room was comfortable enough, but (like so many European hotels) lacks in basics like adequate shelving/storage space - even a little tray in the shower to store your supplies. Chairs for two people would be nice, and a piece of art or two on the walls would not hurt. A tiny fridge would also be most welcome.
These are quibbles, but at this price point a touch more refinement is in order.
