“A group of friends and I stayed at this property and loved it. The location was very central to both the beach as well as shops/restaurants/bars. “Me, my husband, his brother, and his new fiancée all spent New Year's eve in this lovely place! Perfect location, walking distance to everything Rehoboth! Clean, comfortable, and cozy! “It was a nice quiet location ..close enough to walk to town & boardwalk..... there were enough towels & linens for the week....nice backyard area & porch to sit outside.... the window treatments needed attention and some repair...the electrical parts of the one lamp in the main bedroom was broken but still plugged in ...(dangerous) but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would probably book again...”

“Great stay in this Rehoboth Beach Cottage. New comfortable beds and cold AC downstairs. Upstairs rooms with 5 twin beds was warmer but a portable A/C and fan helped a lot. Maybe bring an additional fan. Cleanliness in a few areas could be better and the cottage is showing some wear. Old coffee filter was moldy, dirty wet laundry was in wash and not started, dishes were wet and not put up. Minor things. “We stayed at this property for 3 nights in May. It is a very modern beautiful home. It had bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The home had a pool and though we didn't ask for it to be heated, we still were able to put our feet in it. The neighborhood was very nice, but it was a long walk to beach and Rehoboth Avenue. If opportunity comes again we woud stay at this house.”

“The house needs a lot of work. Mold and mildew in the one bedroom upstairs near the vents and on the ceiling in the living room. The air conditioning vents in the window units were dusty and disgusting. Two beds had sheets with brown marks on them. There was one smoke detector in the whole house.
